I’m Chelsea and I run White Hearth Coffee. I came up with the idea for White Hearth Coffee when I was on an 8-day road trip with my wonderful husband and a close friend. We drove from the middle of the country all the way up to Glacier National Park in beautiful Montana. After a cold, damp night of camping we found a cozy coffee shop in Montana (Azul Coffee Bar) and I realized I was never going to remember all the spectacular places without starting some sort of blog to capture all the amazing coffee culture in this world! That’s the week I began documenting and tasting every local coffee shop that I could find!
The purpose of White Hearth Coffee is to share and highlight the spectacular local food and coffee options in Kansas City and around the country on my many coffee adventures – but the purpose doesn’t stop there, because I have a lot of passion for new people, cultures and causes. White Hearth Coffee features special stories which highlight the most amazing people, food and adventures of the world in which we live.
